We're back in the studio for all classes!

We're starting slow but we're Oh So Happy to be back!!!!  

All classes limited to 5 students and online registration is a must. No walk-ins at this time. 

Step & Tone w/ Mary-Dana

Mary-Dana's Back!

STEP & TONE 

M, W, F 7:30-8:15am

Step and Tone workouts are great for increasing cardio, toning your muscles, and burning off those calories. This class mixes the cardio enhancing movements of Step with strength building free weight exercises to keep your energy going all day. Start your day on a high note!

Slow Flow & Restore w/ Arielle

Monday and Thursday

9:30-10:30am 

This class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath. Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props. After this 60 minute sequence, you will feel completely rejuvenated!

MCY In-Person Class Protocols

-Student must pre-register and pre-pay online for all in-person classes. We are not taking walk-ins at this time.

-Class size is limited to 5 people.

-24 hour cancellation policy in effect.

-Front and back doors of the studio will be open to facilitate airflow. 

-Masks must be worn at all times in the studio.

-Social-distancing of 6ft is required in the studio.

-Hand sanitizer will be provided to students upon entry to the studio.

-Students should bring their own mats and props as much as possible.

-Please bring as few personal items with you as possible.

-Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of class.

-Please DO NOT attend class if you are feeling at all ill or have any symptoms of COVID-19.

-The studio and bathroom will be disinfected before and after each class. 

-Teachers will not be providing any hands-on assists for the time being.
