Join Arielle for a 6 week series of Slow Flow & Restore Mondays at 11:00am

This class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath. Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props. After this 60 minute sequence, you will feel completely rejuvenated!
