Slow Flow & Restore Series

Join Arielle for a 6 week series of Slow Flow & Restore Mondays at 11:00am

$55 for Series

Dates: 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1

This class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath. Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props. After this 60 minute sequence, you will feel completely rejuvenated!

We want to continue offering a sense of CommUnity and yoga/fitness classes but we need your help.  

Covid has been a challenge for many small businesses and MCY is feeling that stress.  Your support is needed to continue to maintain the studio through this difficult time.
